We will also create a slab under the walls. The maze generator algorithm will generate a bunch of coordinates where we should place the walls. Please note that the example Add-On works only with the DEMO version of Archicad. For this tutorial you can download the source code from this link. To set up your development environment, please read Getting started with Archicad Add-Ons, and follow the steps you find there. The maze is generated by Prim’s randomized algorithm. We won’t discuss the details of the maze generation, but you can browse the code, and read about the algorithm on Wikipedia. At the end of the day the Add-On will generate a random maze.
